Return Policy

It is our desire to provide you with a quality product every time and we hope you feel like you made a great purchase.  If for whatever reason your are not satisfied with your gown, we will issue a refund or exchange for unworn merchandise within 7 business days of delivery. Tags must still be in tactic to be considered for the refund or exchange. We have the right to refuse any return for items that appear to be worn or damaged in anyway.  Customers are responsible for any shipping cost associated with the returning the dress back to the warehouse and a new dress being sent back out. 

Rush Order: Rush orders are extremely encouraged for time sensitive matters. However, it is based off product availability. Please inquire about timeframe and fees associated with the rush.

Please keep in mind that all gowns may not be readily available at the time an exchange is processed. One of our associates will be able to tell you the turnaround time for the exchange at the time of exchange

Processing and Shipping 

Due to carrier delays due to Covid, we are requesting that you please allow up to up to 3 months for processing and production time and 5-7 days for shipping. Some gowns may take longer and have been notated in the shipping information for each product.  Please keep in mind it may not take that long, we will send the gown out soon as it arrives. Just give us grace as we navigate through Covid restrictions and high volume.  Please contact us if you have questions about the delivery time or stock status of the dress. 

Additional Information
We know no two bridesmaids are alike. That's why this gown was designed with extra length to keep the varying heights of your bridal party in mind. It can be easily altered to create the perfect fit. All dresses from NYAB are purchased as is. No alteration and adjustments will be made to the dresses. 

We do not consider the weekend as a business day, so please keep that in mind when you are making your purchase.
